www.oakdragon.org.uk Oak Dragon Camps is the sister group of the Oak Dragon School. Every Summer OD Camps hold a ten-day out door event, usually held around the festival of Lammas. The Oak Dragon Camps are an amazing and magickal community experience. For a short period, people of all ages and backgrounds come together to explore a group process that is facilitated by a variety of workshops, ceremonies and Talking Circles. These camps are real experiments in tribal living where everyone is required to move out of their comfort zones and face challenges with integrity and empathy. Oak Dragon Camps offer a unique opportunity to those who participate - a chance to experience Deep Magick, emotional freedom and tribal bonding. This Camp is a wonderful way to gain a taste of the year round experience at the Oak Dragon School.

MAG are interested both in the European geomantic tradition and
in similar consciousness in the New World - especially among the
Native Americans. They seek evidence of the geomantic tradition
and its skills on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Geomancy explores
the realms where human consciousness meets and dialogues with the
Spirit of the Earth. It empowers the harmonious interaction between
person and place. Through the art of appropriate placement of both
secular and spiritual structures, places where we pray, work and
play, geomancers locate and shape spaces in harmony with both the
physical and the spiritual environment of the place. |

The Geomancy Group is an association of practising geomancers and
other like-minded folk with members all over the UK. They come from

as a forum for the study, practice, discussion and promotion of
geomancy and geomantic awareness, and advocates strict standards

Glastonbury is a different and rather lively small town. It has
rich traditions, a cosmopolitan community and a taste of tomorrow.
It sits on the ancient Isle of Avalon in the Somerset Levels, with
a backdrop of soft, green, rolling hills. It has been a pilgrimage
place for thousands of years. In the Middle Ages a great abbey was
here - it was England's 'holyest earthe'. It now hosts the famous
Glastonbury Festival, pilgrimages, music, a carnival, several conferences
and other events. People visit from the world over, seeking a certain
special something. Overlooking it all is the Glastonbury Tor, a
fascinating holy hill. Tradition has it that Jesus visited and Joseph
of Arimathaea built a church here, King Arthur and Guinevere were
buried here and it was an ancient place of the Goddess. |
