Let music, rhythm and song free your mind and body – let your spirit rise up to its full height! Join us at the Oak Dragon School for regular evenings of drumming, music and chanting in our beautiful Big Lodge Tipi. Spending an evening in the Big Lodge is a wonderful experience in itself, but with the added magic of rhythmic drums, uplifting chants and the sound of friends pounding their feet on the earth, it can be an energising and greatly liberating spiritual experience. These evenings are a chance to learn and share beautiful chants from many cultures, including British, Native American and Hindu. Bring your drums, rattles, instruments and voices – regardless of skill or experience. Our music nights are relaxed and are about enjoying ourselves – they are not reserved for virtuoso musicians or singers. The music nights will generally begin at around 7 o’clock in the evening and go on until late. There will be refreshments available and hot fresh Chai. These evenings are organic events and flow in whatever direction feels right at the time. There are opportunities to share poetry and stories as well as other forms of acoustic music. For
